Which Solar Light is Best for Your Garden?

How Do Solar Lights Work?

Photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the light bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be positioned in a place that receives full sun, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a Winter Region?

It’s not as convenient, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights even in a completely shaded area. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a wire that can vary from three to six meters, perfect for a dark outdoor space. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they may be weaker.

My Solar Light Isn’t Working?

In most cases, the issue with malfunctioning lights is the battery. It often happens that the batteries fail to charge or hold the energy. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is also possible that the solar panel is the problem, but this is highly unlikely.

How to Recharge a Solar Light without Sunlight?

Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even on cloudy days or through a windowpane. So you can recharge your solar lights away from direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be lower, and the light will last for a shorter period of time.
