How does solar lighting work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED lamps at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they should be positioned in an area that receives full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

What if you don’t have direct sunlight?

It’s not as convenient, but you can still install solar lights even in a rainy region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a wire that can be three to nine meters long, perfect for darkness outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or wintery area, your solar lights will still work but with diminished brightness.

My solar lamp is not working anymore?

Usually, the reason for malfunctioning lights is the battery. It often happens that the batteries do not charge or do not retain power. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is unlikely that the solar energy module is the issue.

How to recharge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can charge your solar lamps without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less strong and last for a shorter time.
