How does a solar lamp work?
Photovoltaic cells store solar energy during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then power the bulb at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they need to be positioned in a place that receives full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.
Do you live in a rainy region?
It’s not as easy, but you can still install solar lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a cable that can range from one to five meters, which is great for a heavily shaded outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.
Why isn’t my solar lamp working?
Generally, the main cause of dysfunction of your lights is the battery. It frequently happens that the batteries do not charge or do not hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is possible that the solar energy module is to blame, but this is unlikely.

How to recharge a solar lamp without sunlight?
Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through a window. So you can charge your solar lights outside direct sunlight. But the light will be less bright and last for a shorter time.
