How Does Solar Lighting Work?

New generation solar panels absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. As the lamps are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do You Live in a Winter Region?

It’s not as simple, but you can have solar-powered lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a wire that can range from three to eight meters, ideal for areas without direct sunlight. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar wall lights will still work, but they will be weaker.

Why Is My Solar Lamp Not Working?

Usually, the main cause of malfunctioning lights is the rechargeable battery. It frequently happens that the batteries do not charge or hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will quickly find out why your solar light is not working. It is unlikely that the solar module is the cause of the issue.

How to Recharge a Solar Lamp Without Sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a glass surface. Therefore, you can recharge your solar lamps without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less bright and will last for a shorter period of time.
