How does solar lighting work?

Photovoltaic cells absorb solar light during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they should be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a winter region?

It’s not as easy, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights even in a completely shaded area. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a wire that can vary from two to five meters, which is excellent for heavily shaded outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work but they will be less powerful.

My solar lamp is not working?

Commonly, the cause of malfunction in your lights is the rechargeable battery. Often, the batteries do not charge or do not hold a charge. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one and you will quickly find out why your solar lamp is not working. It is also possible that the solar module is the cause, but this is very rare.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through glass. So you can recharge your solar lights away from direct sunlight. But the light will be less powerful and will not last as long.
