How Do Solar Lights Work?

Photovoltaic cells collect sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED lights at night. As solar lights rely on sunlight for power, they should be placed in an area that receives ample sunshine, ideally for eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a Rainy Region?

It’s still possible to install solar-powered lights even in a completely shaded area, although it may be more challenging. We offer solar lamps with a separate solar panel connected by a wire ranging from two to six meters, perfect for dark outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or wintry area, your solar lights will still function but with reduced output.

My Solar Lamp Isn’t Working?

Typically, the reason for malfunctioning solar lights is the battery. Sometimes the batteries may fail to charge or hold power. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light stopped working. It is unlikely that the solar panel itself is the issue.

How to Charge Solar Lights Without Sun?

Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even in dark conditions or through a glass surface. Therefore, you can still charge your solar lights in indirect sunlight. However, the brightness will be lower, and the duration of illumination will be shorter.
