How Does Solar Lighting Work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the bulbs at night. Since the lights are reliant on solar energy, they should be positioned in a location that receives ample sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a Rainy Region?

It is possible to install solar lights even in rainy areas. We have solar lamps with separate solar modules connected by a cable, ranging from one to six meters, ideal for extremely dark outdoor spaces. While rainy or winter conditions may affect their performance, your solar wall lights will still function, albeit at a reduced capacity.

Why Isn’t My Solar Lamp Working?

Often, the cause of malfunctioning solar lights is the rechargeable battery. It is common for batteries to fail to charge or hold a charge. We recommend replacing the rechargeable battery with a regular battery to quickly determine if it’s the cause of the problem. Solar panels failures are rare but not impossible.

How to Charge a Solar Lamp Without Sunlight?

Solar panels continue to store solar energy even on cloudy days or through a window. This allows you to recharge your solar lamps without direct sunlight. However, the light intensity will be lower, and the duration of illumination will be shortened.
