How Do Solar Lights Work?
The new generation of photovoltaic cells absorbs sunlight during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then light up the bulb at night. As the lights are powered by solar energy, they should be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.
Do You Live in a Winter Region?
It’s not as easy, but you can have rechargeable solar lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable that can range from two to eight meters, ideal for very dark areas. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar wall lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.
Why Isn’t My Solar Lamp Working?
Usually, the culprit for a malfunctioning solar light is the rechargeable battery. Sometimes, the batteries do not charge or hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will quickly find out why your solar light is not working. It is also possible that the solar panel is the cause, but this is very unlikely.

How to Charge a Solar Lamp Without Sunlight?
Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So, you can charge your solar lamps without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less bright and less long-lasting.
