How Do Solar Lights Work?

During the day, the photovoltaic cells absorb solar energy to charge the batteries, which then power the lights at night. Since solar lights rely on the sun’s energy, they should be placed where they can receive direct sunlight for ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a Winter Region?

Even in winter regions, you can still install rechargeable solar lights. We offer solar lights with separate solar panels connected by wire, ranging from one to nine meters, which are ideal for areas with limited sunlight. While your solar lights will still work in rainy or winter conditions, they may not be as bright.

My Solar Light Isn’t Working Anymore?

Most commonly, battery issues cause malfunctioning lights. Try replacing the rechargeable battery with a regular one to determine if that’s the problem. It is rare for the solar panel itself to be the issue.

How to Charge a Solar Light without Sunlight?

Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through glass. Therefore, you can still recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness and duration of the light will be reduced.
