How do solar lights work?
Photovoltaic cells absorb solar energy during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.
Living in a Winter Region?
It may not be as convenient, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights, even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a cable that can range from two to six meters, ideal for shaded outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still function, but they may be less powerful.
Why is my solar light not working?
Generally, the most common reason for malfunctioning solar lights is the rechargeable battery. Sometimes the batteries do not charge or hold the energy. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is less likely that the solar module is the issue.

How to recharge a solar light without sunlight?
Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in dark or through a window. So, you can recharge your solar lights away from direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be lower, and the duration of illumination will be shorter.
